For the past three years, Konrad has been working as a CASE Counsellor with the Business Development Bank of Canada, specializing in hospitality assignments. He is very proficient in Business Plan Development, Market Research and Analysis, Cost Control and Financial Planning for the Hospitality Industry.

Konrad has completed various CASE assignments including human resource development, quality management, and floor plan and menu design. His work received very good reviews from both clients and funding agencies.

During these assignments, Konrad's personality has been a great asset particularly when working with frustrated clients in financial crisis. He has motivated clients to implement the necessary changes to improve both their business image and practices.

Konrad's guidance and experience have benefited all our clients. He has the ability to transfer knowledge and train employees in the principles of total quality customer service. He has demonstrated perseverance and patience with hard-to-manage and uncooperative clients.

Konrad can maximize both the human and financial resources of any business without additional strain on the company with his innovative and creative abilities; and his reporting methods are great value for the follow-up and after-care services.

It was good to have a chance to visit with you recently in my office.

I am please to be able to offer a letter of recommendation for you reflecting our relationship that has evolved around the tourism industry.

We have had an association directly and indirectly for many years, and I know that you have a broad knowledge of the tourism industry in Northern Ontario as well as record achievement in all basic areas. I know you to be good at getting along with others, both above and below you in the chain of command.

Good luck and I will look forward to hearing from you.

Yours truly,
