For the past three years, Konrad has been working as a CASE Counsellor with the Business Development Bank of Canada, specializing in hospitality assignments. He is very proficient in Business Plan Development, Market Research and Analysis, Cost Control and Financial Planning for the Hospitality Industry.

Konrad has completed various CASE assignments including human resource development, quality management, and floor plan and menu design. His work received very good reviews from both clients and funding agencies.
